Cancellation Policy
As we are self-employed professionals, a late cancellation or a cancellation shortly before an appointment results in a gap that we cannot always fill.

If you have made an appointment but are unable to attend or wish to change it, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the appointment, by email or telephone.

If this notice period is not respected, we will charge a cancellation fee of €45 as compensation for lost time.

If you do not show up for the appointment at all, we will be obliged to charge 100% of the treatment cost.
